Current Rates

Dr. Asbaghi is out of network for all insurance providers; he does not accept insurance or bill insurance companies directly. After services have been rendered, he provides a "superbill" which patients may submit with their insurance to obtain out of network reimbursement, if applicable. Please contact Dr. Asbaghi for current rates. 

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service and charged automatically using a credit card kept on file, unless otherwise arranged. Dr. Asbaghi does require a credit card for backup charges in case of non-payment. Many patients choose to make their payments exclusively through this credit card, as it greatly streamlines the payment process.
