Current Rates

$618 per 45-minute session - Medication management, psychotherapy, family meeting, or combination thereof for an established patient

$824 per 60-minute initial evaluation session - comprehensive psychiatric evaluation including review of personal, medical, and psychiatric histories; gathering of collateral information; review of hospital and treatment records as available; and final feedback with treatment recommendations. Typically 2 evaluation sessions for adults, 3 sessions for children and adolescents.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service and charged automatically using a credit card kept on file, unless otherwise arranged. Dr. Asbaghi does require a credit card for backup charges in case of non-payment. Many patients choose to make their payments exclusively through this credit card, as it greatly streamlines the payment process.

Insurance

Dr. Asbaghi is out of network for all insurance providers; he does not accept insurance or bill insurance companies directly. After services have been rendered, he provides a "superbill" which patients may submit with their insurance to obtain out of network reimbursement, if applicable.
